All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and project specifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required for new installations
  • AMC payments are typically annual or as per agreed terms
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All payments should be made to authorized company accounts only

6. Warranty

We provide warranties on our installations and services as specified in individual service agreements. Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and workmanship but exclude damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate site information and specifications
  • Ensuring site access for our technicians
  • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
  • Maintaining elevators as per manufacturer guidelines
  • Reporting issues promptly for timely resolution

8. Limitation of Liability

Jakson Elevators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Safety and Compliance

All installations and services comply with relevant Indian safety standards and building codes. Clients must ensure proper usage and not override safety features.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by service type and will be specified in individual agreements. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms minus any costs already incurred.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jakson Elevators and protected by copyright laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
